The rooms were great with a comfortable bed, enough space to spread out and relax, and the high-speed internet was a great bonus. The gym was very nice, along with the bar/restaurant and the laundry facilities made it easy mid trip to get everything clean and organised for the rest of our holiday. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful - which was excellent when we needed to first recieve a parcel via courier and additionally send something with no idea how to use Japan Post - the staff made both of these things a breeze! The location itself was good, it seemed a bit far away from everything initially, however with multiple train stations/lines within a 15-minute walk this wasn't an issue at all - additionally there is plenty of great places to eat and drink nearby as well.

The hotel is clean and modern and the room was big for Japan. The bed was very soft and comfy and there were large thick pillows provided. Comfortable pyjamas provided for men and women, and amenities in the bathroom were great. The shower had a rain head and detachable option and was large. Nice hair-dryer provided and more than enough Power points through the room. The TV even had a Netflix option to sign into your account through a QR code - this was a huge stand out for us that made the room that much more amazing - we could stay in on a cold night with room service and Netflix! The location is good, just a train ride away from almost everything.

The staff are excellent. They are knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and polite. The room is comfortable, clean, and at least in my case for one person a very decent size. Reasonably quiet as well, and curtains can be drawn to block out all light. The location is very central, both convenient to public transportation as well as good jogging and walking areas nearby. It is a nice bonus that they have a gym. They also have further fun elements like the bar, restaurant, games... Good place to stay in Osaka!

Moxy Osaka is hands down the best hotel I have stayed at so far on my Japan trip. From the moment you walk in the door the staff are amazing (and great English speakers) and the vibe is so fun. Check in is smooth and the rooms are so funky with great decor and spacious layout. It is close to the train station and great restaurants and the 24hr bar is a great feature! It was a beautiful stay and I will be recommending it to everyone who visits Osaka!
